Below you will find the most important information for your South Tyrol holiday in our Residence, so that you can simply relax from second 1.

Breakfast buffet

€ 18,00 per person and day and € 10,00 per child and day up to 9,99 years. Book breakfast in advance for the whole stay and pay only € 15,00 per person and day, children up to 9,99 years € 8,00 per person and day.

Booking

Verbal or telephone bookings are not binding. We ask for written reservations. Specific flat numbers or floors are not guaranteed.

Prices

Our prices are per day and number of persons indicated. For each additional person we charge € 25,00 per day - for children up to 5,99 years € 15,00 per day.
We reserve the right to adjust prices in the event of unforeseen tax increases.
Price list loses validity when a new one is published. Misprints reserved!

Local tax

A local tax per person and per night is charged for all guests over 14 years of age. This tax is not included in the total price of your stay and can only be paid on the spot and only in cash.

Payment

We do not require a deposit; you can pay for your stay on site in cash or by EC card. However, should you wish to make a bank transfer in advance, we will be happy to provide you with our bank coordinates. Please note that the local tax can only be paid on the spot and only in cash.

Intermediate cleaning

If required, you can book an extra cleaning service for your flat on site. This is possible by arrangement starting at € 15.00.

Final cleaning

Apartment type B1 € 35,00, type B2 € 25,00, type A € 50,00, type C1 € 55,00, type C2 € 60,00, type D1 € 65,00, type D2 and D3 € 65,00.

Check-in/Check-out

The flats are ready for you to check in from 15:00. Should you arrive later than 18:00, please let us know. Arrivals and departures are not possible on Tuesdays. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to check out of the flat by 10.00 am.

Short stays

For stays of less than 7 days, a 10% surcharge will be applied. All stays under 7 days are only possible with breakfast for the entire period.

Appointment delay

If arrival is later, or departure earlier than agreed, the flat will be charged for the entire period.

Cancellations

We know from experience that despite all the joy of a booked holiday, something can always come up at short notice. In order to save you and us costs and hassle, we strongly advise you to take out cancellation insurance, e.g. Europäische Reiseversicherung, ADAC... There is no right of cancellation within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code, but we do grant you the following cancellation conditions:

until 8 weeks before arrival cancellation is possible without charge

56. until 15. day before arrival 80% of the total amount will be charged

from 14. day before arrival or in case of no arrival or late arrival/early departure we charge 100% of the total amount.

Pets

Are only allowed on request and in certain flats, a fee may apply. Please understand that your pet does not have access to the breakfast room, the sunbathing lawn by the pool and the indoor pool. Please bring a blanket or basket with you.

Parking

One underground parking space per flat is available free of charge. The accommodation of additional vehicles is only possible after prior registration and at a price of € 10.00 per day.
